About This Opportunity:

Popmenu is seeking a Gainsight Administrator who can help apply the best of Gainsight to the needs of Popmenu. You will get the unique opportunity to help us build optimize a fresh instance of Gainsight as well as have influence strategic conversations on how to continue to build the most efficient and effective processes. You will also have the opportunity uncover critical insights to inform our customer success strategy on retention and growth.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable interfacing with business leaders to ascertain and document requirements, as well as have a strong technical foundation in all the capabilities of Gainsight in order to design the best solutions for our Client Experience team.

What's On Your Plate:

    • Configuration of Gainsight: Our Gainsight administrator is excited to take ownership of configuring Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX: From gathering business requirements, establishing connections with existing systems, to designing and documenting processes, they help us navigate this journey with foresight and stellar business acumen.
    • Administration of Gainsight: Whether it's designing automated triggers, building dashboards, or running ad-hoc reports, our Gainsight Administrator is driven to ensure that our Client Experience (CX) team always has relevant insights at their fingertips. They don't mind being hands-on either when it comes to User Administration, Rules, CTAs, Journey Orchestrations, Health Scores, Integrations, etc.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Our Gainsight Administrator takes pride in being our residing expert on Gainsight and other relevant software. From proactively monitoring feature updates, educating internal users, answering ad-hoc questions, or proactively offering recommendations for improvement of existing tools, they generously share their knowledge and insights.
    • Master Collaborator: Leading through influence is second nature for our Gainsight Administrator. From driving alignment across CX professionals, leadership, and Business Operations to rolling out changes, they map out a simple and effective strategy to get from status-quo to desired state and accomplish buy-in for a common vision.


What You Bring to the Table:
    • Professional Credibility: Our ideal candidate has a Customer Success background combined with 2+ years of system design, data modeling, and configuration of Gainsight NXT and Gainsight PX (min Level 1 certification required). They also know how to confidently establish rapport for area of expertise (and also know when not to provide advice).
    • Cross-collaboration: They embrace sharing responsibilities and successes with our Business Operations and CX teams, skillfully and proactively approach conflict with a "scientist's mindset" and possess deep curiosity about the goals, challenges and "inner workings" of our business.
    • Excellent critical thinking skills: Our ideal candidate has a proved ability to correctly identify and articulate underlying patterns and needs based on information gathered from multiple sources. They are a master translator and can decompose high-level information into details as well as abstract up from low-level information to general understanding.
    • Start-up ready: With a passion for building solutions from start to finish, our ideal candidate is a high energy self-starter who takes initiative with minimal guidance in an ever-changing environment. They have outstanding attention to detail without getting caught up in analysis paralysis.


At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn't everything - but it is important. For this role, we have determined a compensation $90k in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
