We are getting ready to celebrate our 52nd year in business. We are continuing to grow and have strong expectations that 2024 will be yet another record-breaking year. We specialize in medium to medium-high end quality furniture, mattresses, rugs and accessories.

FWDG believes in giving back to the people of the communities that support us. Donations to non-profits over the past 3 years alone amount to over $165,000 in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.

In addition, FWDG has managed an annual coat drive for the past 33 years, collecting over 48,000 garments that have been distributed to adults and children in Beaufort County.

We are seeking to hire an additional motivated and experienced Furniture Salesperson with a Design background to enhance our already excellent team!

As FWDG elevates indoor and outdoor furniture offerings by adding even more brands to our current brands: Stressless, Canadel, Palliser, Ashley, Vaughan-Bassett, Bassett, Best, Fusion, Capel, Nourison, Berlin Gardens, Tempur-Pedic, Serta, Stearns and Foster and many more.

Specifications

Our Furniture Sales Associate position is Commission-only, with a proven Income Potential of between $8,000-$15,000 per month (paid monthly) for those who are highly-motivated and fully­ trained.

We require a 40-hour work week, which includes weekends.

A background in furniture and room design is most helpful to be successful in this role. Basic computer skills are required. (Note: We provide full training specific to our store and industry)

Schedule:

• Day shift - 9:00 am until Close (Store closes at 6:00 pm, but Sales Associates stay until all customers have left the store)
