The mission of the funeral apprentice and funeral director is to increase the number of families served by the home.
The funeral director will:
Arrange, oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of funeral services while providing caring support and advice to the family and friends, all while creating and leading an exceptional customer experience.The successful candidate will have an valid Oklahoma funeral director or funeral director/embalmer license and a proven track record of growing case volume over time.The successful funeral apprentice candidate will learn all aspects of funeral service in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:Lifting and carrying up to 150 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 250 pounds.Hazards associated with trade: possible exposure to communicable disease, blood borne pathogens, formaldehyde, and high temperature work environment in crematory.May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.If you have a history of services excellence and are someone who wants to advance and be recognized based on performancewe are looking for you.
