Employment Horizons, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to manage and enhance fundraising campaigns and events from the research and development stage to the evaluation stage. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with current and potential donors and oversee social media and marketing calendars. This position is 40 hours per week.
Salary: $20-$22/hour

Minimum Qualifications
- Commitment to Employment Horizons’ mission
- Associate’s Degree in communication, marketing a related field
- 1+ years experience in events and fundraising
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service
- Excellent proofreading, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Creativity and ability to research and locate companies or individuals for increased support
- Experience networking and building relationships
- Ability to work under stress and maintain an even temperament
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
