We're looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of developers and Business Analysts and alongside user experience specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to clients.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience managing project objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal delivery of current or proposed projects
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to engage with critical stakeholders and coordinate a pipeline of features and schedules
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
