Work you'll do

• Review and analyze client's business requirements, map those to the Deloitte's solution (uFACTS) features and specifications, perform fit-gap analysis and document the gaps.
• Conduct Joint Requirements Management (JRM) sessions with the client business subject matter experts (SMEs) to demonstrate Deloitte's product features and verify and elaborate client's corresponding requirements.
• Develop and draft system design for the gaps.
• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with the client SMEs to review, verify, and modify the draft design for the gaps.
• Draft/modify the design artifacts in Jama.
• Facilitate client's review and approval of the design artifacts.
• Answer developers' questions, test and demonstrate the system features when developed.
• Liaison with client business team to assist them in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as the product owner for system features you design

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Ability to live and work in Lexington KY
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
