Full Time Warehouse Associate

The High Point ABC Board is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and energetic team member to join our fantastic warehouse team as a Full-time Warehouse Associate. We are searching for a new team member who thrives in active environments and are eager to add their skills and experience to our staff. Experience driving a box truck is a plus. A national background check will be performed before an offer of employment is made. All employees are subject to random drug testing.

Skills: The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Valid driver’s license, position required to drive delivery trucks
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including peak seasons, some evening and weekends
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Criminal background and driving record checks are required
• Safe driving record as determined by management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Knowledge of proper equipment handling including but not limited to hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Lifting, caring, and pulling up to 75 pounds
• Pushing up to 300 pounds

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the unloading and/or checking in of material received
• Safely load merchandise for delivery to various locations
• Organize warehouses
• Deliver merchandise
• Stock store shelves
• Assist store staff
• Use of a RF scanner
• Complete all necessary paperwork for deliveries
• Collect and dispose of recyclable materials
• Perform periodic inventory counts
• Note all discrepancies on receiving documents; record discrepancies and notify management (supervisor) to ensure proper documentation of changes
• Rotate existing and new stock
• Maintain accurate records and generate work orders via computer program
• Assist Operating Staff as required
• Assist retail customers as needed
