Full Time Twin Nanny Needed

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. 2 weeks per month will be 45 hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. 2 weeks per month will be flexible hours with 35 hours guaranteed

A wonderful new position in Linden Hills caring for twin 3-year-old girls! The girls are in preschool M-F 9 a.m. until noon. They are looking for consistency in the schedule to do school drop off and pick-ups even on the weeks the hours are flexible. They are looking for a nanny to assist with morning prep, drop off, pick up, and afternoon care. When the girls are not in preschool they would be looking for full day care. They are open to adding additional hours for some household management tasks such as light housework, grocery shopping, meal prep, etc when the girls are in school. They have a vehicle available for driving the girls to school. They value the relationship with their nanny and see her as a core member of their family so flexibility and reliability are very important in keeping their house running smoothly. They are looking for a nanny who will support the girls with developmental needs such as potty training and emotional coaching. Taking trips around the lovely neighborhood to parks and playgrounds etc. Helping with medical appts, swim lessons, etc attending with the parents. They are looking for a nanny who is highly engaged with limited cell phone use, focusing on the girls and doing activities such as playing at home, coloring, reading books, arts and crafts, and getting outside as weather permits. They need a nanny who is flexible to modify the work hours weekly with ample notice.
