Montessori in Redlands (MIR) is an independent, nonprofit school located in Redlands, California that serves students ages 18 months to 6th grade. We provide a Montessori education based on the principles and practices of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

Montessori in Redlands is accepting applications for a full-time position of Toddlers Classroom Assistant working 8:30 am to 5:10 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Toddlers Classroom Assistant will work with toddler aged children, 18 to 36 months. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable and hard-working with a warm, patient and optimistic personality.

Per CA State Licensing 12 "core units" of Early Childhood Education, is required. If you do not have units and are willing to enroll at the school's expense, we will consider this option for the hired candidate.

Required classes:

· Child Growth and Development (required)

· Child, Family, and Community (required)

· Any toddler course (required OR willing to enroll upon hire)

· Any ECE class to round out 12 units (required)

Montessori in Redlands, a WASC accredited Montessori school, is in its 46th year. MIR provides students 18 months through 6th grade a true Montessori education. The school is nestled in 12 acres of grapefruit trees in five buildings, custom built to house our fourteen classroom environments.
