Job Description
We are actively seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Enosburg, VT. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and the role may involve a combination of onsite and virtual work, catering to students from kindergarten to 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language goals for students.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Virtual Services: Provide virtual speech therapy services as needed, leveraging appropriate technology.
Qualifications:
- License: Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Vermont.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: Previous experience working with K-12th grade students is preferred.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in using technology for virtual therapy sessions.
