Full Time Provider

About the Role:
We are looking for a Full-Time Telehealth Provider (MD, DO, or NP) to join the You Health Medical Groups. As a Full-Time Provider, you will play a critical role in helping people get easier, more affordable access to high-quality care.
Your Responsibilities:

• Through the Hims & Hers platform, conduct video and asynchronous consultations with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication for patients as necessary.
• Provide high-quality clinical care for a range of conditions (for example, ED, hair loss, depression) to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care.
• Adhere to the Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
• Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
• Be an extraordinary team member: Low ego, high humility, and partnership-oriented.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Board-certified MD/DO or Board Certified Nurse Practitioners (FNP, A-GNP, AG-ACNP, etc.)
• Family Medicine board certification is preferred, experience with mental health patients is a strong plus
• Active medical state license in good standing
• 1+ years of experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
• Previous telehealth experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
• Experience prescribing medication for anxiety and depression when clinically appropriate
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
• Resilient, ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
• Multiple state licenses are a strong plus
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of You Health Medical Groups compensation range for this role. An estimate of the current salary range is $135,000 - $260,000. The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don't ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying!
