Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 5/8 Schedule

Pediatric CHHA Field RN - Make an Impact
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient eligibility for in-home care services.
Provide comprehensive orientation and supervision for home health aide personnel.
Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
Qualifications:
- Welcoming New Grads!
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).
- Prior experience in home care or pediatric nursing is a plus.
