Responsibilities:
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Evaluate patient eligibility for home care services.
Provide training and supervision to Home Health aide personnel.
Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Possess a valid RN license in the state of New York (NYS).
Previous experience in home care or pediatric nursing is advantageous.
