Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Technical Certifications a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred
• Weekend availability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing and handling payments for washes at point of sale
• Follow Tommy’s script at window to promote club memberships and wash packages
• Assisting guests with setting up, maintaining, and all aspects of their membership
• Full knowledge of all Tommy’s offerings; wash package features and membership
• Performing hourly walk through; Reporting and working with leadership to immediately fix any issues observed
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned
• Following all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
• Adhering to all safety guidelines
• Cross training in all positions (flight deck 1, flight deck 2, wash tech, loader and vacuum concierge)
• Other duties as assigned
