Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Safely operate the dealership's shuttle vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate departments
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of customers
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Assist customers with their belongings and ensure they are comfortable during the ride
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of local area and roads
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
