Most training will be done at the main Terre Haute, Indiana office. This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday day shift. Patients will be seen in clinic and also telehealth.
We are a multi-location endocrinology practice with clinics in Terre Haute, Bloomington, Indianapolis, Chicago, Illinois and Dayton, Ohio.
HPW Center for Diabetes provides widely available Endocrinology care with multiple clinic locations in multiples states, utilizing telemedicine as well as regular in office visits and achieving Approximately 20 % better control of diabetes over the national Average and in a large national study.
