Qualifications:
- Actively Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
- Current Controlled Substance License
- Current DEA License
- NCCPA Certificate/ANCC Certificate/AANP Certificate
- Desire to work in Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (training provided)
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Physiatry experience (nice to have)
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred
