Full-Time Nanny

Family of 4 with two young children (both boys ages 1.5 and 3 years) seeks warm, professional, and dedicated nanny in Stratham, NH. The hours of the position are Mon-Thurs from 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday's from 7:30am-4:00pm for a total of 46.5 hours per week. Family will also offer additional hours on weekends or evenings for date-nights if nanny would like extra hours. The youngest child will have a different childcare provider M/W/F so care those days will only be for the 3 year-old.

The family has a medium-sized dog, so a pet-lover is preferred! Family is seeking a long-term fit and is recently parting ways with their nanny who has worked with them for 2 years. The oldest child is in preschool locally Mon-Thurs from 8:30-10:45am. During these hours on Monday and Wednesday, the family may request help with laundry for the children, grocery shopping, and walking the family pet. No travel needed, no household dietary restrictions, and a car is needed for the position (gas will be reimbursed each week).

The oldest child has ADHD and anxiety so a background working with special needs and/or early intervention is strongly preferred as is a teaching background. The nanny is welcome to take the children to local parks, museums, play-spaces and outings and all excursions will be paid for by the family.

Compensation is $55-65K+ pre-tax and nanny will be issued direct-deposit each week and a W2. Benefits offered are: 2 weeks PTO (nanny has discretion over one week), 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and a monthly health-care stipend if needed. Family will also offer annual raises and bonuses.

Hire-date is mid-April but there is some flexibility for the right fit. At this time, the family can not consider candidates who live more than a 30 minute drive or prefer to bring a child of their own to work with them. While not a firm requirement, the family prefers a nanny with a college degree (plus if concentration is education).
