Winnett Costa Co is a small Family in Manchester, NH. We are looking for someone to help watch our 2 young girls, age 3 and 1.5. This would be in our home, every Saturday and Sunday 6am-10am, Mondays 5pm-730pm and Wednesdays 5pm-730pm. Our goal is to hire a Babysitter/Nanny that is compassionate and caring. And is capable of taking care of the kids while helping out with small chores like laundry and helping with dishes. You would be compensated extra for the laundry help! We also have 2 dogs so applicant must be ok with small and large dogs.

As a Babysitter/Nanny, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the well-being of the children in your care. Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games

- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children

- Maintain a clean and organized environment

- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and other specific guidelines

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise

- Administer medication or perform basic first aid when necessary

- Ensure that children adhere to established schedules and routines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, or nannying

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

- Ability to adapt to different personalities and individual needs of each child

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
