Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, newly constructed in 2018 - state of the art facility conveniently located at 9938 airline highway in the heart of the city at the intersection of I-12 and Airline Hwy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Transport patients from their homes to the facility and from facility to their homes
- Demonstrates teamwork by carrying out routine and assigned task with the outpatient programs
- Documents patient's vital signs
- Flexible with work schedule when necessary to provide coverage
- Assists with coordination of distributing lunches, cleaning the kitchen after lunch and attending to the patients' needs during lunch
- Oversees the cleanliness of the facility
Skills Needed:
- Ability to work under close supervision with distractions/demanding patients and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good physical and Mental Health as evidenced by warm empathic attitude
Education/Experience/License required:
- At least One year Mental Health experience preferred
- Must have CPR certification
- Must have clean driving record
