We are seeking an experienced Full Time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in Lake Worth, FL
Experience drawing blood is required
Shift hours are 3pm to 11:30pm
Pay starts at $19 per hour
Previous experience with Avatar EMR is helpful.

USD $19.00/Hr.
USD $21.50/Hr.
The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting with implementation of protocols and processes in the facility’s outpatient program, including but not limited to medication administration observation and patient safety.
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
- Interacts with patients in a professional manner.
- Performs breathalyzer on patients as deemed necessary.
- Performs Rapid COVID-19 tests on patients as deemed necessary.
- Manages obtaining and reading of urine drug screens and urine pregnancy tests as ordered.
- Manages and is responsible for medication administration observation processes.
- Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
- Knows the whereabouts of patients on a continuous basis.
- Assists with projects from other departments as necessary.
- Attends staff meetings when necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent requred
- Higher Education in a business-related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a professional setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Licensure/Certification:
- Medical Assistant (MA)REQUIRED
- CPR and Standard First Aid certification
