Essential Functions:
- Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the property manager to prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
- Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community
- Prepare vacant apartments, townhouse and houses for move-in, including routine carpentry work, completing any necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure upkeep of community appearance by replacing lightbulbs, removing trash and litter, painting and performing repairs
- Handles emergency situations that may arise
- Other duties as assigned
- On-call one week out of each month
- Must be able to multitask and take direction from management
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
