Full Time Maintenance Technician

Job description

Full-Time Maintenance personnel needed for a luxury apartment housing in Fayetteville, NC to work 40 hours per week. Must have tools and vehicle. Must work well in a team environment, must be highly motivated, energetic, organized and results oriented. Good attendance is required. Must have valid driver’s license, pass criminal check, and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Experience:

• Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
