Under the direct supervision of the Admissions Manager, the LTE Enrollment Services Assistant supports the Nicolet College community (students, employees, and external stakeholders) through transformational customer service within the Nicolet College Welcome Center. This multi-faceted position will provide support during a college-wide ERP implementation and ensure continuity of service excellence for this front-facing position.
This position supports the overall enrollment team of the college (admission, advising, and financial aid) through frontline customer service and activities related to strategic enrollment management.

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of college operations, goals and policies related to admission and recruiting, advising and registration, financial aid and records.
- Knowledge of student privacy laws and regulations, with ability to use discretion when handling sensitive information and situations.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (listening and asking questions) to interpret inquiries and convey accurate information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in interacting with people from diverse groups or backgrounds.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate and learn new technologies related to position including, but not limited to Salesforce, PowerCampus, Perceptive Content, Form Assembly, Pardot, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams on a daily basis and for large scale projects.
- Ability to interact with others empathetically and courteously, even in stressful situations.
- Ability to use independent judgement to make decisions.

Compensation:
The typical starting pay range for this position is $17.09 - $21.18 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.
