Enrolled Agent Tax Professional

We are searching for a detail-oriented, experienced, and certified Enrolled Agent Tax Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and providing expert advice on a variety of tax-related matters. You will work closely with our clients to provide personalized tax preparation and planning services, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns efficiently and accurately.
• Provide expert tax advice tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Review financial records, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.
• Research and interpret tax law for clients regarding both federal and state tax matters.
• Represent clients before the IRS and state tax agencies in audit and collection matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services.
• Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and expertise in tax analysis.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and advising tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
