Full-Time Long-Term Infant & Toddler Nanny

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Ages of children: newborn baby girl & 2-year-old, girl

Rate: $28-$30 per hour gross, plus overtime, 48- hours guaranteed, Sick Leave, 2-weeks PTO after 90-day probation, Paid Holidays Off, Health Insurance Stipend

Start date: Feb 5th, 2024, 1.5-year term

Job Details:

Newly grown family requires a professional, loving, & experienced nanny for their newborn baby girl & 2-year-old daughter. Mom & Dad have early start times & long days. Therefore, punctuality & reliability are of the utmost importance. The nanny’s main responsibilities will be 100% newborn care/development. In addition, the nanny will assist with toddler care before/after school as well as on school closure days. Responsibilities include but are not limited to baby’s feedings, hygiene, developmental stimulation, baby chores such as cleaning bottles, pump part, cleaning toys, and children’s laundry.

The ideal nanny for this family will be experienced with newborn & Toddler care, confident in their ability care for the baby, interested in openly communicating with parents, as well as enthusiastic about create a developmentally stimulating routine for baby to learn and grow. Nanny must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, & comfortable using care for work related purposes.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional infant experience.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Covid Vaccine, booster shot, flu, shot and Tdap.
• Infant/Toddler CPR & First Aid Training.
• Comfortable with a background check.

Relevant Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny roles
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Familiarity with toddler and infant care practices
- Ability to educate and assist with early childhood development milestones
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
