Lead Associate

Duties:
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of associates
- Train and develop associates to ensure high performance and productivity
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Drive sales by promoting products or services to customers

Skills:
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Excellent training and development abilities
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including organization and record keeping
- Sales experience is preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience as an assistant manager is preferred
