Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Floater Junior Maintenance Technician.
Job Summary:
The Junior Maintenance Technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
Junior Technician Requirements:
• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• This is a Floater position and will require traveling to different properties within the same mile radius

Junior Technician Responsibilities:
• Handle installations and repairs.
• Basic Plumbing and electrical issues are required
• Basic wall repairs, floors, doors, and woodwork are required
• Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
• Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
