FULL TIME Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office, be highly organized, independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment. They must be highly health conscious, energetic, and at ease speaking to multiple people at one time.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

x Greet patients in an extremely high volume, fast paced office

x Collect payments, understanding of claims and patient balances

x Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurances

× Coordinates with providers and coworkers to ensure smooth patient interactions and experience

× Answer phones, emails and texts in a timely manner

x Communicates well with patients, helps them understand treatment options

x Must be able to multi-task and not get overwhelmed

x Many other basic administrative tasks

In our office no day, or hour of the day is ever the same, so you must be able to adapt quickly and with a positive attitude. Candidate must be able to organize and manage a high level of patient care and files, and maintain a high level of organization in a sometimes chaotic environment, all with a smile.

Compensation is $20/hr to $24/hr base. Bonused as a team, typically $1-3/hour extra in bonuses on average

Hours: REQUIRED with NO EXCEPTIONS

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 7:30 AM thru 6:15PM

Tues: 12PM thru 6:15 PM

Fri: 7AM thru 10:30AM
