Our team at Smile Design Dentistry in Plymouth is seeking a Private Dental Practice Administrative Professional to join our growing team. Preferred experience/skill set/characteristics:
- >1 year of clinical or administrative experience in a dental setting
- Ability to navigate and utilize Eaglesoft or experience with similar dental software
- Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs for daily use
- Desired characteristics: superb time management, high attention to detail, self-starter, ability to multi-task, work independently while also working cohesively within a team, ability to navigate financial conversations with patients and more
Position description highlights (full description provided at interview):
- Front office tasks including but not limited to greeting/checking out patients, collecting patient portions, scheduling appointments, phone/email correspondence, referral management, recall coordination, backup for other admin positions and more
Software/3party vendor utilization:
- Eaglesoft PM software
- Venga messenger system
- Legwork patient communication software
Areas of practice:
- General dentistry: esthetic composite filling, bridge, crown, implant restoration
- Cosmetic: anterior smile design, full mouth rehabilitations
- Oral Surgery: simple/complex extractions, implant placement, all-on-x
- Orthodontics: Invisalign, traditional brackets
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
