We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service and realize that the needs of the customer come first at all times. An ability to multitask effectively and an interest in the field of health care is required. Prior physical therapy office experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Our clinic is located in a beautiful area with excellent schools, so we're looking for someone who plans to stay in the area for a long period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet new clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Verify insurance benefits.
- Communicate with physical therapists and marketing coordinator.
- Schedule clients.
- Stay current on new technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
