Full Time Event Planner

An event planning job in a fast-paced and creative work environment involves managing all aspects of events, including conceptualization, planning, execution, and follow-up. The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

Conceptualize events: Brainstorm and come up with unique and creative ideas for events that align with the goals and objectives of the organization or client.

Plan and organize events: Develop event plans and timelines, manage budgets, source vendors, and coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual equipment.

Communicate with clients: Maintain open communication with all clients involved in the event, including front of the house, kitchen staff, and catering staff.

Handle multiple events simultaneously: Work on multiple events simultaneously, managing timelines and ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
