Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed Assisted Living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. We pledge to treat every person with the respect and dignity they deserve, and to focus on improving our residents’ quality of life, by delivering the highest quality of care.Â

Mission for PositionÂ
The PCA/CNA will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care.Â
Â
Duties & ResponsibilitiesÂ

• Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medicationsÂ
  

• Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their abilityÂ
  
• Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff membersÂ
  
• Observe proper infection control and safety proceduresÂ
  
• Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staffÂ

Position TypeÂÂ
This position is full-time, nights - working shifts from 2-10pm.

Certified staff starting pay of $17/hr does not include additional compensation available through:Â

• Competitive shift differential (PM/Noc), shift pick-up, overtimeÂ
  

• Increases based on certifications, education, experience or additional dutiesÂ
  

Â
Not certified, but want to become certified? LHS offers on-site and online CNA courses several times per year.Â
Qualifications
QualificationsÂ

• Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but notÂrequired.Â
