- Hospitalist

About the Program and Hours
- 5 Bed Emergency Department
- 4,800 Annual Visit ED
- 5% admission rate from the ED
- During the weekday days, there are HM APPs who cover the floor.
- During the weekday nights, ED providers write bridge orders
- During the weekends, the ED providers admit patients (average of 3-4 for the weekend)
- 12- or 24-hour shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a or 7a-7a)
Qualifications
- Active Illinois license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
- Candidate Must be BE/BC in EM, IM, or FM
- Active ACLS, ATLS, and/or PALS
