Shift: 1st shift
Starting pay rate: $14.50/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Full-Time: Utility Crew
Work hours: 6am-2:30pm (1st shift)
Lunch: 11am-11:30am
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Duties include:
- Scrub, buff, varnish, polish, strip, and wax floors. Clean floors using ride-on or walk behind floor cleaning machine.
- Mop floors with mop and bucket. Pull /collect trash from various buildings.Clean bathrooms using the quick clean machine. Vacuum floors and upholstery.
- Deliver materials to various locations on campus
- Extract, bonnet clean carpets and upholstery. Complete other duties as assigned. Complete all the paperwork and submit to supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must have the availability to work at the direction of the supervisor.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions as given by supervisor.
- Must be able to lift and move 75 lbs. consistently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, crawl, and reach in all directions.
- Must be able to push trash carts and sweepers.
- Must be a flexible team player.
- Position requires individuals to attend and participate in technical training programs on all shifts
- Position requires individuals to work in company specified uniform apparel and safety equipment
- Position requires individuals to have a PA driver's license
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
