Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)- Near San Martin, Ca

Soliant is seeking a Full TimeBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school based contract position in the San Martin, CAarea. As a Contract BCBA, you will play a critical role in enhancing the educational experience of our students with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with adedicated team of educators and support staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that foster growth, independence, and positive behavior changes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on BIP implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and provide expertise to improve the overall educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• State licensure and certificationis required.
• In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• passion and patience when working with students with developmental disabilities.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
