Full Time Babysitter/Nanny

Our team will schedule you via our app and build your schedule on a weekly basis.

Backup care nannying is where you will go to the homes of children from infant to teenager and provide amazing care. Come help in a Crunch when families need you!

Guaranteed Staff Nanny

• Guarantee 40+ hours per week, $880 per week
• We book the cases for the nanny within their geographical preference (30mi radius minimum)
• Must be available hours to work from Monday to Friday every day any time from 7am - 6pm. (this doesn’t mean days will be that long but must have that window open for work)
• Need a Driver’s License (except within in the city of San Francisco)
• Respond by text, Deputy Feed, and email as needed right away
• No cancellations or callouts unless absolute emergency. Excessive call-outs will result in a demotion from your position with less pay and no guaranteed weekly hours
• Be ready to be rebooked if case canceled
• Once hired, you are required to do mandatory remote Zoom orientation with our Operations Manager. This should be done within 24-48 hours of accepting the role.
• Pay rates: We follow all pay laws strictly and in CA we pay Overtime for time worked over 8 hours. That is the ONLY State that OT is paid over 8 hours. All others states it is over 40 hours worked in a week.

Bay Area: $22 an hour guarantee for all booked shifts

Requirements

• 2+ years of childcare experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your childcare experience
• 3-4 Relevant professional childcare references
• Stellar communication skills
• An energetic happy flexible attitude
• Trustline registered in CA. If you do not have your prints done, we will cover the costs
• CPR Certification if applicable. We will pay for your training if not current
• Driver’s License and reliable vehicle needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
