Training
Every great player needs a great team! No matter your experience, every dentist who joins our team spends the first 60-90 days learning our systems, getting to know our team, and going through training. It’s not about how great a dentist you are; it’s about learning to play on our team. We cover training on clinical skills (i.e., endo, extractions, crowns) and personal skills (i.e., communicating with patients and team members).
Doctors receive a guaranteed pay rate during training.
Mentorship
We currently have four doctors with a wide array of expertise. Dr. Fritz and Dr. Varghese do our general dentistry, including endo and ortho. Dr. Nemovi is a favorite of our patients and an expert with implants. Dr. Hobbs is a dental veteran, has completed multiple residencies, and does our removables. Working alongside these four great dentists will undoubtedly help you grow.
We work hard to keep our patients in-house and refer to each other as much as possible. You can choose your preferred procedures and refer the rest to your colleagues.
Technology & Supplies
Part of providing excellent care is having great tools! We invest in high-quality technology and supplies to serve our patients. We have two scanners, an Itero and 3Shape, and last year, we partnered with Design Ergonomics to structure our operatories for maximum efficiency. We continually train our team so we work together well and serve our patients best.
Compensation & Schedule
Our Associate Dentists have limitless earning potential. Each doctor receives commission-based pay after completing their training. Commission is on a tiered scale, usually ranging from $225,000 to $315,000.
We pay:
- 100% of lab bills
