Associate General Dentist

Sealy Dental Center, located in Sealy, Texas, is growing and adding an Associate General Dentist to our dentist-led state-of-the-art practice. Sealy Dental Center has kept the great people of Sealy healthy for over 35 years. We offer a wide range of dental services at our Sealy dental office to keep your smile healthy, including:

• Dental Implants
• Full and partial dentures
• Dental crowns
• Gentle RCT therapy
• Preventative care and cleanings
• Porcelain, ceramic, and composite dental veneers
• Emergency dental care and more

.The Associate General Dentist will work three days weekly and offers an immediately busy schedule. We are a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a CBCT, Itero scanner, and an entire team of Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants, and we average over 100 new patients per month. This is a fast-paced office, so we are looking for an Associate General Dentist who is familiar with working in a busy practice and can multitask.

Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, receiving the greater of a daily guarantee or a 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections.

Supportive and stable staff: We are staffed with a team of Dental Hygienists, Expanded Duties Dental Assistants, an Office Manager who has been with our team for over 15 years, a lead General Dentist for mentorship and support, along with a regional manager, a dedicated HR, payroll and revenue cycle team.

Continuing Education: Gain access to a continuum of CE opportunities nearly every month, ranging from advanced endo, implant restoration, implant placement, complex restorative cases, handling complications, digital imaging, etc. Furthermore, clinicians passionate about teaching can share their knowledge with their own sponsored CE courses.

Requirements

• Active Texas Dental License
• CPR Certification
• DMD, or DDS
• Two or more years of hands-on clinical experience or the completion of an AEGD or GPR
• Ability to work Monday-Thursday and Friday each week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $179,618.00 - $197,748.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
