In search of a Store Manager that will be at the forefront of bringing the fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving store objectives with regards to hitting sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. Looking for a retail maverick that is up to handle what comes their way. With the ability to develop talent and provide the best customer service in the mall.
Requirements
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
- Recruit and develop your sales team to run your store alongside you.
- Ability to delegate, maintain, and control sales and tasks. - There's no I in team but there is T: together; E: everyone; A: achieves; B: Better. Teamwork means creating the following skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, listening, critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership.
- Maintaining store social media posting and customer engagement. Let yours and your team’s creative side shine through.
- Be in control of shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and internal/external factors.
- Manage shipment, inventory, and store cleanliness.
- Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends & customer feedback.
- Run sales reports and use data to help guide your strategy to hit sales targets when necessary.
- Willing to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to communicate company policies & procedures to your team and willingness to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
- Merchandise the store in an appealing way, leveraging planograms as a guide to launch promos in a timely manner.
- Be the lead singer in your band! Having the capability to mentor, recognize, and provide feedback to your team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- A high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher.
- Open-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandom & music trends.
- Ability to navigate your way around the store.
- Merchandising expertise.
- Operate approved store equipment.
- Pack and unpack boxes, ability to lift 5-50 pounds boxes.
