Title Nine is looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee product development of our eCommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and drive innovation and development to support the growth of Title Nine’s business and brand in the digital space. This position is based in our Title Nine Headquarters on Doyle St. in Emeryville, CA Monday-Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and implement systems to build upon our digital capabilities for achieving Title Nine’s business goals
Primary (in-house) full-stack developer for website, customizing and optimizing SFCC functionality to meet specific business requirements.
Perform development for small-scale development needs
Collaborate with third party development partners and oversee large-scale development initiatives
Implement & manage 3rd party APIs & integrations to ERP/OMS, ESP, CS Platform, Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics
Perform/oversee web systems and ongoing operations including coding, bug fixes, site mapping, tagging, etc.
Optimize website performance and responsiveness for improved user experience
Partner with eCommerce and Marketing teams to strategize and implement site functionality improvements to increase leads, cart conversion, and overall revenue
Collaborate with business owners, analysts, and developers to continuously improve development processes and workflows
Work with web analytics & web production team members to support web systems & user exp.
Manage a front-end developer and provides off-hour, on-call support if necessary

You also have:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience working directly in Ecomm development teams
2+ years of technical management experience
Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development
Must have programming language: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML
Demonstrated proficiency with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL, MS SQL and NoSQL DBs like Neo4j and experience with data modeling
Familiarity with third-party libraries such as jQuery, React Js, Angular a plus
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
