POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for the server side of our
web/mobile applications & help on the front end of our client facing web app. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for
developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Full Stack developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The position requires close coordination with production management, portal development team, data warehouse team, outside technology &
development partners.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Extensive familiarity with programming
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow standard methodologies for troubleshooting and development.
• Proactive initiative, flexible and a high level of motivation
• Experience exchanging data with a variety of platforms and systems
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Perform tests to optimize performance
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Follow emerging technologies
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Programs within multiple inter-related systems, using techniques and languages, such as C#, WebAPI, JSON
• Designs, writes, validates and modifies code and scripts efficiently
• Designs SQL Server database tables to support project requirements
• Writes efficient SQL queries to support data gathering requirements
• As part of a team, works on conceptualizing and development of new programs and web applications
• Develops and executes effective testing plans
• Creates and maintains documentation related to assigned web applications, programs and other systems
• Tracking and reporting progress of project to supervisor

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related study
• 4+ years of related programming experience, which includes C#, WebAPI, JSON, Vue/React or equivalent framework, and SQL
Server.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Proven work experience as a Full Stack developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET 6, Web API, Git, NHibernate, LINQ, JSON, SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to help identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including documentation)
• Teamwork and self-direction skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Working knowledge of code repositories, pull requests, branching and merging (Git)
• Familiarity with front-end languages javascript, CSS, Vue/React or equivalent framework a plus
• Agile development experience a plus
• Test Driven Development experience a plus
