Are you interested in being part of an early stage startup, getting in on the ground floor and working closely with the CTO and CEO to produce an amazing product?
At Dealkit (www.dealkit.com) we are building a SaaS application to change how startups and investors plan, negotiate, and close venture capital financing deals (think GitHub for lawyers). We have secured our initial round of funding from K9 Ventures and Craft Ventures and are building an application to take venture financing to the next level. That is where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our small, growing team. (Our ideal is a front-end leaning full-stack person). As our first front-end focused engineer this role will be working on interesting things like legal document version control, contract negotiation workflows, automated drafting and online collaboration. There is also signing, versioning and process insights (think dashboards). We have a prototype and as we build the application for scale you will have the opportunity to wear many hats, put your stamp on the front-end architecture and influence technologies being used for everything from document editing to component libraries.
We are working with a common stack of technologies: TypeScript, Node, Express, Sequelize, React and Jest. We value a focus on testing, repeatable architectures and safe (but frequent) deployments. You'll work closely with our CTO, a veteran of building scalable SaaS products and strong proponent of Agile methodologies.
This is a great opportunity to work with a small team providing a product for an industry in need of technology. We are building something lasting, and you'll have a voice in putting together the systems for success.
