Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:
The Full Stack Developer will report to the Senior Manager, DevOps and work within Mattr's DevOps vertical. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom built applications within the business. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for bringing development projects from inception to completion. Documentation, training, and support will also fall under this position's purview.
In order to develop these custom applications, the Full Stack Developer will also work closely, and be familiar with backend databases, and Power Platform tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end and back-end solutions utilizing web-based languages such as Node.JS and React.JS.
• Design and develop Microsoft Platform customer applications and integrations utilizing PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
• Develop API and Task Scheduled scripting solutions to assist in data ingestion and submission utilizing tools such as PowerShell, Postman, and cURL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Write clean, well-documented code for all development.
• Participate in code reviewed and ensure code quality.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Explore and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Deliver Training on developed solutions and assist with support for above mentioned duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of previous work experience with languages Node.JS, and React.JS is required.
• 3-5 years of previous work experience with Azure Logic Apps experience is required.
• 3-5 years of previous work experience with API development (usage with) is required.
• 3-5 years of experience with Scripting languages Python/JS/PHP/SQL is highly desired.
• 3-5 years of experience with PowerShell / cURL / PostMan is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
• Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security
• Can handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Possesses ability to think creatively to devise customizations for varied business use cases.
• Understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.
