As a Full-stack Developer, you will provide multi-functional capabilities across the technology stack. You will apply the SAFe framework and practices, to include HIP sprints, and works within a SecDevOp Agile sprint, technical stack environment. You will support the front-end and back-end development processes and develop software applications and services in compliance with Accessibility Standards following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WACG). You will also implement designs to develop and maintain fully functional applications. You will participate in the full software development life cycle as a member of the SecDevOps team and use open source, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies, focus on the entire software development process, including designing, testing, and implementing front-end, back-end, and databases. You will also provide and maintain required documentation and develops/maintains up-to-date patch and release cadence.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience supporting Agile DM&E for complex systems, and continuously integrating innovative technologies to help Stakeholders achieve business goals
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise scale Business Intelligence tools
- 5+ years of experience building products in a modern microservice-based cloud architecture with tight security in orchestrated environments
- 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD, version control tools like Git and experience developing or testing products within the SAFe framework
- 2+ years of proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs in Java or Golang
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Ability to obtain HSPD-12 suitability
- Working knowledge of NIST 800, EOs, and Zero-Trust cybersecurity policies
- Practical knowledge performing Data Analytics and Visualization and developing processes to manage and mitigate risks during refactoring
