Small manufacturing company located in the San Fernando Valley seeks a part-time, on-site, bookkeeper for 15- 20 hours/week (flexible days). EXPERIENCED, organized and detail-oriented; Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel & Microsoft Office a must.
Payroll Processing: Bi-weekly payroll using ADPRun. Process and track monthly Employee and Commissions, Maintain monthly Reports.
Accounts Receivable: Create invoices, post payments, reconcile daily merchant service transactions with banking, send customer statements.
Accounts Payable: Record & process vendor payments.
Bank Accounts & Credit Card reconciliation.
Oversee multiple state Sales Tax filings using Avatax (Avalera) platform to remit payments.
Prepare Financial Statements & other Reports for owners and outside CPA who prepares tax returns.
Manufacturing experience a plus - i.e. inventory, COGS, etc.
Account for Fixed Assets
