Office Duties
- Greet customers, guests, and vendors.
- Answering telephones, taking messages, filing, emailing, and supporting a variety of other company staff in day-to-day tasks.
- Completing contracts and other forms
- Maintaining an organized office area and order office supplies.
- Data entry into CRM
- Excel - skill skill intermediate
- AP
- AR
- GL
- General Bookkeeping duties as assigned.
- P&L Statements
- Payroll & Payroll Taxes
- Human Resources (benefits, onboarding new hires, orientation, employee files, etc.)
