Full And Part Time Maintenance Technician

***This position requires the employee to have a flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week. The shift hours are 8am-5pm. Need to have a flexible schedule to work weekdays, weekends & holidays***

We currently are looking for a Full and Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of:

• Patching & Painting
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Knowledge of PTAC
• Technical/maintenance work
• As well as general and deep cleaning.

ATTRIBUTES:

Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good listener, be a team player and have the Ability to work well independently. Previous Hotel or Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Position available immediately. Must have an open availability.

• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Plumbing: 1 year (Required)

• Hotel maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License or ID (Required)
