Tailgating Sports, LLC was started in the summer of 2014 to create products that family and friends will enjoy using for years to come. We have two main brands: BucketBall and CornholeAce. Our BucketBall brand offers products related to an oversized family friendly version of beer pong. Our CornholeAce brand offers products related to the game of cornhole.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to manage our product fulfillment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The Fulfillment Specialist will work closely with the warehouse team, customer service team, and shipping carriers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Good attendance is extremally important with this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Use software systems to process orders, track inventory, and manage shipments
• Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any order issues
• Manage the packing and shipping of products to ensure that they arrive at their destination on time and in good condition
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand
• Monitor shipping carriers and negotiate rates to reduce shipping costs
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving and restocking inventory
• Assist in other areas of the business to include production, assembly, cleaning and organizing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in product fulfillment, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and shipping software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Drivers License. Driving company vehicle with trailer to other business locations.

As mentioned good attendance is a requirement of this role. Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm the Fulfillment Specialist must be on site. The business rides on its ability to send orders out daily to customers.
