Position Summary
As a Shipper/Receiver (Operations Assistant) you have an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a patient within specialty pharmacy, the fastest growing part of the pharmacy industry. In this role you will partner closely with the Operations Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package customer orders for shipment. You will also assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated with the department. Daily work activities include, but not limited to:
- Packing medications for shipment in accordance with guidelines
- Keeping a clean and organized workstation
- Replenishing supplies at workstation when running low or out
- Maintaining stock in the warehouse area
- Groom and sort packages onto appropriate pallet to ensure packages get to patients in a timely manner
- Using a pallet jack to move supplies and packages
- Loading trucks with packages and making sure packages are loaded onto the appropriate truck
- Maintain a safe working environment
In order to be successful and enjoy the activity of this role, you will need to be able to lift 50lbs +, stand, walk, lift, reach, twist, turn, bend, stop and walk for up to ten hours daily.

Sunday 8am-1pm
Monday-Thursday 6am-11:30pm
Friday 8am-8pm
The starting pay rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $18.40-$19.90.
Required Qualifications
6+ months of general work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer six months work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
- Prefer three months of work computer experience.
Education
HS diploma or GED equivalent
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $30.14This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
